Using Avi-synth Scripts

How to use Avi-Synth.

Hi guys, this is Rajat here and today I am going to give a tutorial about Avi-synth scripts. And how to create one of your own.

While going through internet you would have read about Avi synth scripts at some point of time.

First thing i am going to tell is what is avi synth. Avi synth is probably a software which emulates any video as it is an avi video. It means that you don't need to convert every video to an avi video to use it in programs that don't support some other format(mkv,webm) like virtualdubmod, premiere pro, or windows media player. Avi synth scripts can also be used to edit video with just writing them scripts. But i am not going to tell how to edit videos with avi synth scripts. But to use some basic softwares to create some avi synth scripts. First you need to install an application called Avi synth. It comes with a pack called Auto GK, its and open source program so you can download it for free. Auto GK also includes virtualdub and autogK and these are also very useful programs. The avi synth program is the emulator and you are going to need it. So lets start;

Things that you need:

• Avi Synth you can download this from here
• Klite codec pack from here
• Avsp form here

Lets Start:

• First install Kilte codec pack that you downloaded earlier.
• Then install Avi Synth and then avsp. If you have executable form of avsp then you can skip installing.
• Open Avsp.
• Then click on File->New Tab

 

• Now drag and drop your video on the new tab area, you should see that avsp has already written the script for you.
• Now Go to File>Save script. Now save the avs file with desired name or by default it will be saved by the video’s name.

• That's it you have saved your avi synth script. and now your can test it by darling and dropping it on windows media player and see that every thing i working.
• Note that it is just the script not the video so you if you delete or move your video to some other place the script will stop working and you will have make new one.

Download files in IDM one by one automatically.

Hi guys. Today i m posting about how you can download too many files in IDM without starting them one by one. Internet download manager is a program we for our most of our downloading task. And some time we have a lots of files to download. These files could be of any size large or small. But the problem is we would have to start the download of one file and when it is finished then start the download of the second one. This process makes you sit at your computer for the whole period till all of the downloads are done. And we wonder, is there a way to download files by one at a time and when the first one is finished start the other one automatically till the last one is complete. And the answer is yes. IDM has this function built in.
Now before we start, there are few things that you should have to do this.

• IDM (Internet Download Manager)
• A working internet connection.
• List of files you have to download.

Let’s start:

• The first thing you would be doing is adding your downloads to idm. For Example i have added some files to my IDM queue.

• Now mark the list of downloads and right click on the selection and click move to queue> Synchronise Queue.

• You could notice now that the queue icon has turned yellow to green. If yes u can move to next step.

• Click on the table clock icon naming scheduler.

• On the left hand side click on the Synchronization Queue and then select Files in the queue tab.

• Now fill in the download box on the top of the scheduler tab and fill the number of downloads you want to be doing at one time.

• You can even move downloads up and down in the to make any file download first than other.

• Click apply button at the bottom.
• Now click on the down arrow of the start queue button and click start synchronization queue button.

• Now you should have your download started. and it will be looking like this.
